The Dashboard Card view
displays all your repositories in a card format. Each card displays information about the repository such as the repository name, the last backup date, the backup status, and the backup size. This view is suitable for small number of repositories.
Here is more detailed information about the card view sections:
Repository name and owner: The name of the repository and its owner. This section also displays the repository owner's avatar.
Repository status: The status of the repository. If the automatic backups are scheduled for the repository, you will see the Scheduled
status. It means that Cloudback will automatically back up the repository. For other repositories, you will see the Not scheduled
status.
Latest backups and restores: The 3 most recent backups and restores for the repository.
Backups. If the backups are successful, you will see the Succeeded
status and the time when the backup was started. If the backup is in progress, you will see the In Progress
status. You can use the Information
button to view more details about the backup. To download the backup, click the Download
button, and to initiate a restore process, click the Restore
button.
Restores. The restore status is shown in the same way as the backup status. If the restore is successful, you will see the Restored
status and the time when the restore was started. If the restore is in progress, you will see the In Progress
status. You can use the Information
button to view more details about the restore. To view the new repository created during the restore process, click the Open restored repository
button.
Backup statistics: This section shows statistics about the repository backups.
Storage: The storage where the repository backups are stored.
Backups: The number of backups created for the repository.
Last backup: The time when the last backup was created.
Next backup: The time when the next backup is scheduled.
Trigger backup / View repository details: You can trigger a new backup for the repository by clicking the Trigger backup now!
button. To view more details about the repository, such as the backup schedule, backup storage, and backup history, click the Details
button.
